Services and Solutions : Delivery

The single most exciting development for IT users is the availability of multiple options for how to consume and use technology. Led by the Internet, but also by the access to cost-effective networking generally, you now have more opportunities to pattern your delivery to meet your exact needs.

OPTIONS
  • For you, the very best option may be to keep the wheezing dinosaur legacy system going in the basement...Get another 2 - 3 years out of it;
  • Or, for you it might be to cut some serious costs out of the whole infrastructure, while at the same time actually improving performance and user satisfaction;
  • Or, you may want to get out of the server-buying business, and take advantage of the financial and superior performance of remote hosting possibilities; or
  • You may want to get out of the software-buying business, and take advantage of the cost-effectiveness and high performance of purchasing software as a service;
  • Or, you may decide you want to concentrate on your business, and trust someone to be your IT partner and internal provider;
  • Or, you may just need a quick emergency troubleshooting call.
All these represent conditions that are created when you begin to seek those delivery models that suit you the best - the ones that meet your financial and technical needs.

NETECONOMIST DELIVERY MODELS:
From total outsourcing to on-site repair.

The netEconomist Network Operating Center (NOC) provides high-availability hosting, monitoring, and 24/7/365 support to clients using ASP-delivered applications. The NOC provides high-volume applications with complex databases searches.

Remote Hosting & Support

Starting with 24/7/365 helpdesk availability for your full range of hardware, software, and network technology, netEconomist provides security and performance monitoring for clients across a wide geographic range. This client is able to offer the ASP GLPHX solution to their Fortune 5000 customer base as a value-added. NetEconomist technologies are producing eCommerce functionality to the client's web-based systems and internal order management and CRM.
  • One client is distributing netE's Sales Training Program to the enterprise-level, value distribution Channel for Sun Microsystems.
  • One client is using netExchange to run an ERP-type CIS for operations, netE for hosting, webmaster, and web-based applications, and email provisioning. This client uses netE for full internal IT support, under a 5-year outsourcing program.
  • One client is supplementing internal IT staff with netE technologists providing both on-site and remote support. This client is also using the company for website development and backend.
  • One client simply uses netE technical support on an as-needed basis. This client has been able to: re-engineer and tune the networks, creating speed and cost savings; get emergency service for troubleshooting & restoration; improve UpTime; save money.
